I have just spent a few days at the beach in the USA with some women and what I discovered was that many of them were frustrated because they knew thee was more in them or for them and they didn’t know how or what the next step in the process should be. I spent an hour coaching each one and by the end they had discovered their Intellectual Property they they could monetise and start earning from their passion. Soon they saw the beginnings of a business or a book and we worked through the beginning stages. They saw the value of a coach and how a coach could change their life.

I am totally committed to the complete success in business and in life of the people I coach. As a coach, I’ve learned over the years that many people have the desire to succeed, but lack the necessary information.

Running a business can be tough, especially when you consider all the many factors that must be in place for you to be successful at it. One in three businesses fail within their first three years, yet there are several businesses that find a way to break from the pack to thrive into successful ventures. Successful business owners have discovered how to overcome common challenges of running a business and now you can too. The secret of ultra-successful businesses and business owners is that they have a coach or a mentor to show them the way!

Let’s look at 10 keys as to why YOU need a coach in your life!

1. You realise you have a lack of clarity and intent.
Many business owners have no clue why their business exists and what their greatest impact should be. You certainly have to be in business for more than to just make money. It takes a lot of persistence to build a successful business and you have to love what you do enough to stick with it during the tough spots. This is why it’s so important that you are clear about what your business is and why you are doing it. Because pursuing a business opportunity just for the sake of opportunity is not very gratifying in the end and has no staying power.

2. You need systems for increase and success in your business.
Successful businesses are run using proven systems that can duplicate positive results on a daily basis. If you’re constantly missing the mark, not getting enough clients and are buried in the overwhelm of day to day activity in your business…you need to simplify your business with proven systems. Once business owners start using simple systems they began making thousands of dollars right away. You take a system, plug it into your business and begin implementing right away.

3. You have cash-flow problems.
Many businesses struggle with consistent cash flow because they don’t have a follow up system in place that creates constant sales. Or, they just simply don’t have any products to sell. The only thing that stands between you and your thriving, profit-producing business is a product your audience desperately wants to buy. Not just any product but one that sets you above the cluttered market and meets the needs of your target clients. Imagine having the “golden product” that hits right on target and sends a flurry of hungry clients to your website or Facebook store… rushing to make a purchase…and those sales resulting in you making thousands of dollars every day…
Everyone can earn a lot of money from just taking FAST ACTION on their ideas. I know that there are tons of ways for you to easily increase your income and create viable streams of “extra” money coming in all the time and in Our our coaching system, Passion To Process To Product in 90 Days we help you discover ideas, products, promotions and enable you to have the possibilities for making more money, more consistently right now!

4. You want to master your marketing.
Most business owners have no real marketing methods and without having a proper marketing method you’re doomed to fail. You must market your business every day. Sometimes business owners shy away from marketing because of the fear of being too “salesy” or overwhelming their audience with too much marketing. Remember, you’re in business to make money. If you don’t market your product or service, how can you reach your financial goals? Customers and clients do not drop out of the sky. You have to announce to the public your product or service offer, explain the benefits and give people an opportunity to do business with you.
In Our coaching course our clients use the proper marketing formula that makes it so easy to share and attract ideal clients who are always ready to pull out their credit card and purchase what you’re offering. When it comes to creating consistent cash flow and marketing, adding in simple automation can cause you to keep more recurring customers and attract new ones daily.

5. You’re looking for clarity and focus.
A lot of entrepreneurs make a huge mistake pursuing things that are totally unrelated to their business goals. They stand in their own way of success by constantly jumping on rabbit trails, pursuing bright and shiny objects instead of focusing on what matters most. They are all over the place, so they never set up a real business model to build a successful business. They’re seeking instant gratification, trying to make fast money, but it never lasts. If you find yourself constantly chasing after an instant solution instead of focusing in on what matters most, it’s time you stop and reevaluate your efforts. Don’t waste time looking for quick fixes to business. Invest in a coaching program that will give you a proven system that you can use over and over again and produce positive results.

6. You desire community connection with excited, enterprising, heart-centered entrepreneurs.
Just because you are in business for yourself doesn’t mean you have to build it by yourself. Entrepreneurs are cut from a different cloth and oftentimes find it difficult to relate to friends and family who are not business owners. They just don’t get you and consequently you end up with a void, leaving you with few people to talk to about the challenges you may be facing as a business owner. This is why it is so important to connect with other progressive business owners who support you, keep you accountable and celebrate your success. You need business relationships where you can feel safe to share ideas and co-create awesome new ventures together. We offer a dynamic support community in our coaching group where you finally connect with others who “get” you and celebrate your success.

7. You’re not making money consistently with social media.
Keeping up with modern marketing techniques is crucial for any business to survive. Social media is the new way to expand your “word of mouth” marketing efforts. If you want to expand quickly, you have to embrace all new avenues of networking—especially social networking. However, with so many options, it’s no wonder why some business owner shy away from having an online presence. What you need is a social media guide—someone to show you around the different networks and give you insight on how you can establish your presence and market your business. Once you’ve been shown and helped, you’ll catch on quickly.

8. Your business feels stale and outdated.
It’s good to infuse new and fresh ideas into your business to create a better brand, increase your buzz and get more clients and sales. All long-lasting companies do it. As times change, so does your approach to reach your target audience. Sometimes it’s good to just reinvent what you have to reach a larger audience. To rebrand and look at all your business and see what is old and tired and just not working anymore.
Popular social networks like Instagram allow you to instantly update your audience with new photos of your products, reviews and even to create short videos. People love pictures and they love to connect with their favorite companies. Using Instagram is another way you can refresh your brand and boost your sales.

9. You’re afraid to try new things for success in your business.
FEAR is just False Expectations Appearing Real. Instead of thinking about the worst that could happen, consider the best that could happen if you actually took a leap and signed up to a coach. The key is that you need new, relevant information to uplevel your business and stay current and on the edge. Stop making up excuses on why you can’t go big. Press past the fear, try something new and go for it! Sometimes you’ll come up with a dynamic idea but not implement it because no one else has done it … let that be your cue to take action. You are meant to lead; to carve a new way

10. Your team lacks vision and clarity for your corporate success.
The last and one of the most important steps to staying relevant is to keep your team up-to-date on your vision and goals so that you can all grow together. When you communicate a clear vision to your team, they can run with that to help you achieve your goals much faster. Challenge them to improve their skills, expand their knowledge and always strive for the best. With a good, solid, informed team, you can do the impossible!
Staying current in your business or upleveling is necessary if you want to thrive. To get what you’ve never had, you have to do what you haven’t done. I encourage you to do quarterly checkups, review your goals often and always make the right adjustments to take your business to a new, more powerful level.
