Intentionality has been a word that the Spirit has highlighted to my heart. Intention is powerful! The lack of intention can cause unfulfilled dreams, desires, and destinies.
For example, have you ever had a great idea or longing within your heart but you say, “One day, I would like to…”. Every time you think of it, you again say to yourself, “Yes, one day I will get to that”… or “I should really move on that”. Eventually it fades away and is out of your mind while you are on to thinking of other things.
This is called “The Law of Diminishing Intent” (coined by Jim Rohn). Jim Rhon defines this law as:
” The longer you wait to do something you should do now, the greater the odds that you will never actually do it.”
How many potential dreams and good intentions died inside your thoughts and ponderings simply because you never acted upon them…because you never put feet to the vision?
A great secret for life is the power of intentionality. Be intentional. Step forward with a plan of action to fulfill your dreams.
God did! As a result, Jesus Christ came into the world as our Saviour!
