The last 10 days I was in Indonesia visiting our intern from our church who is working over there, Chantelle Wilks. Chantelle is blooming, she is now teaching and loves it there. She certainly has a grace on her life for HER mission field.
It was a great time and we saw God move amazingly!! Wow the miracles were just outstanding! Chantelle had a word of knowledge for those who couldn’t conceive and many came out…….
The gift of Faith moved through its both and the scripture…Psalm 29 v 9 ‘The voice of the LORD makes the deer give birth and strips the forests bare, and in his temple all cry, “Glory!”
We believe same time next year we will see babies!!
I spoke at New Wine Church on the Sunday and it was AWESOME! I spoke on the ‘Sound and Light of Heaven’ and wow what people saw, the encounters were just amazing!!!
During the week I was taken to the school in the slums. It was a HOT DAY, so I think I turned into a pile of perspiration, BUT it was awesome. There were around 50 teachers who I addressed and it was amazing!
Every single one came for prayer and I wasn’t aware that some were Muslim and Buddhist but afterward they said they met the true God, and had an encounter with Him. It was amazing what God did.
Again I sensed many could not conceive and asked and yes half a dozen came out and it was amazing!!
Arthritis where hands had been disfigured were healed, bad back pain totally healed and pain free, and so many other ailments!
One young boy touched my heart. He was Dux of the school and was above other students in even the International School I coach. How sad though the young boy has no financial ability to go to University.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to create a Foundation whereby those who wish to support kingdom ventures could help this young man and many like him out of poverty!!
This month my interns at Glory City Church in Brisbane have a project! They have to research the ‘Sex Trade’ in Australia. my passion for my interns is not that they would be ‘spiritually fat’ and just think it is all about their ministry, but for them to see the need in a bigger context, for them to see we need leaders to rise up and ‘Change our Nations in a Day!’
I am undertaking a course at Maryland University this year on LEADERSHIP. In September I have applied also to do a Masters Degree starting in September so we will see if I get in. I believe we should NEVER stop learning. Knowledge is POWER!!
So much else is happening but at this stage I am unable to share much publicly!

STEP UP AND OUT TODAY
We all need to have a revelation how much power our influence can actually have on other people. It constantly baffles me that our circle of influence or the power we have to influence others goes habitually unnoticed, abused or unused.
When I think about the power of influence, I am reminded of the story of Esther. It starts with her cousin, Mordecai. “All the king’s servants who were at the king’s gate bowed down and paid homage to Haman; for so the king had commanded concerning him. But Mordecai neither bowed down nor paid homage.” (Esther 3:2)
Mordecai was a Jew, and he had raised Esther who was an orphan, a Jew. Jews understood and taught their children 3 things:
- The Torah
- They are Chosen
- They are Holy
For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession. (Deuteronomy 7 v 6)
To a Jew Chosen means more than ‘special or valued etc.,’ it means you have a God given assignment. The word Holy is the Hebrew word Kaddesh, and it means you are a KING, MAJESTIC and have governing ability! I love the word Kaddesh, I speak on it wherever I go, because when we believe we are kaddesh, we believe we can conquer anything!
Conquer fear and poverty
If you are someone who struggles with fear of the future or a poverty mentality, you need to ground your success starting deep down at the spiritual level.
Pave your way, facilitate your achievements and victory’s now, prepare yourself to more prosperity, wealth and a deeper faith now starting by confessing WHO YOU ARE in HIM, not who you are to your friends, family or even your peers!
Mordecai was told to bow and pay homage to the new head of security – Haman. He refuses, to keep God’s commandment of NOT bowing to any idols or to anyone other than Him. Haman is filled with rage and decides to take out his vengeance on ALL JEWS!
Haman was promoted to protect the king, but the success went straight to his head. He used his position to whisper in the king’s ear that the Jews were against him. “Then Haman said to King Ahasuerus, ‘there is a certain people scattered and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom; their laws are different from those of all other people and they do not observe the king’s laws, so it is not in the king’s interest to let them remain…’” (Esther 3:8)
Meanwhile Esther, who was also a Jew, was married to the king! She had gone into the king’s palace as a Jewish orphan, having to compete with beautiful Persian women for the affections of the king. Esther didn’t need others to affirm her, she knew she was a Jew, and that was all that was needed! Instead of denying her lineage, running or hiding she began to fast for three days.
She sends out word to all the Jews in the city to fast with her and her maidens. “And thus I will go in to the king, which is not according to the law; and if I perish, I perish.” (Esther 4:16)
Esther finds favour with King Ahasuerus, and ends up hanging Haman instead. Esther’s actions seem so simple, but she had enormous influence!
She could’ve chosen to do nothing. She could’ve chosen to keep her lineage hidden. Instead, she stepped up and used her influence to save her people and to uproot a manipulative, vengeful man who was sitting next to the king.
Even in your life today, little actions, words, choosing to step up – makes a huge difference in the lives of those around you. You can ignore that influence! Or you can choose to step up and live the destiny to which God has called you.
